About The Position

Lead the Wafer Industrial Engineering organization supporting the Normandale, Minnesota and Springtown, Northern Ireland manufacturing sites. Own end-to-end capacity, capital, and factory planning in alignment with POR and LRP cycles. Ensure factory space, capacity, and new technology readiness to enable product and technology roadmaps. Drive development and application of advanced analytical, simulation, and optimization methodologies to improve factory performance. Identify and address OEE, cycle time, throughput, and cost detractors across manufacturing systems. Partner closely with Operations, Development, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders to align on strategy, trade-offs, and execution priorities. Influence senior leadership through clear, data-driven insights, scenarios, and recommendations. Build organizational capability, succession, and technical depth within Industrial Engineering.

Requirements

  • Proven leader with the ability to set direction, inspire teams, and drive results through others.
  • Comfortable influencing across sites, functions, and senior leadership forums.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong systems perspective and bias for execution.
  • Highly analytical, structured, and disciplined in problem solving.
  • Clear, credible communicator who builds strong cross-functional networks.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent disciplines and 15+ years of experience.  A post- graduate degree Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent disciplines, is preferred or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ Years Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, capital planning, factory modeling, and manufacturing systems optimization.
  • Strong experience operating in complex, high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with advanced analytics, digital factory, simulation, and data-driven decision support tools.
  • Exposure to automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technology deployment.
  • Experience supporting product innovation ramps and technology transitions.
