Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Minnesota (other states helpful).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Successful P&L management.
• Effective team management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections as needed.
• Provide supervision and leadership to team conducting inspections.
• Oversee billing process and job status.
• Utilize engineering principles and practices for building safety solutions.
• Prepare clear and concise technical reports.
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and standards related to building safety solutions.
