About The Position

Post-Graduation in Civil/Structure Engineering Actively progressing towards professional licensure, such as P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) in PE in the United States 8-10 years of relevant experience in the design and delivery of highway and rail bridges, stations, and associated civil and utility structures. Extensive experience leading design teams and managing multidiscipline infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Minimum 3 years of working experience on Design & Build Projects in USA. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Advanced knowledge of Canadian (CSA/NBC) and US (AASHTO/ACI) design standards, as well as delivery processes in the ANA (Atlantic North America) region. Proven track record in the design and delivery of major prestressed and steel composite bridges, including complex and non-standard structures. Expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and coordinating multidisciplinary infrastructure projects using advanced digital engineering tools and methodologies. Highly skilled in structural analysis and design using software such as MIDAS, ROBOT, STAAD, LEAP Bridge, RAM Connection, and others. Comprehensive experience in BIM processes, common data environment management, and integration of digital design and drafting tools (e.g., Revit, MicroStation, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud). Strong project management skills, including resource planning, risk management, and financial oversight. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with emerging trends and technologies in structural engineering.
