Job Description: Who We Are We are the Governance Technology Enablement (GTE) team, driving technology solutions that strengthen governance and risk assurance across TJX. Our primary focus is delivering and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that support critical functions, including IT Risk & Compliance, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Software Asset Management. Beyond ServiceNow, we enable automation and efficiency through platforms such as Blue Prism and Power Automate, and we maintain a custom application that underpins TJX’s Integrated Risk Assurance process. Our mission is to empower governance teams with innovative, scalable, and integrated technology solutions that enhance compliance, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business value. What you will do We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer - ServiceNow to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, experience in stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of platform best practices.
