At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable. New Glenn 7x2 is transitioning from development into scaled production and repeatable launch operations. We are seeking a Senior Engineer to drive program management for vehicle engineering, manufacturing, test, refurbishment, and launch operations to ensure 7x2 hardware is producible, maintainable, and capable of supporting increased launch cadence. In this role, you will be a critical leader in system‑level integration and cross‑functional coordination necessary to mature 7x2 production flows, help remove bottlenecks, and close reliability and operability gaps that limit launch rate. You will work closely with chief engineers, integrated product team leads, and factory and launch site teams to help define and execute the engineering work that enables safe, reliable, timely, and economically viable high‑rate launch.
