Requirements

  • Have 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the consulting process and building relationships to ensure customer success
  • Show experience of managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully
  • Be knowledgeable on Devops, web development, web performance and information security technologies such as HTTPS, DNS
  • Have experience with internet technologies and processes related to application architectures and information security including cloud/hybrid/SaaS environments
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences

Responsibilities

  • Working independently as a trusted advisor for customer stakeholders to support their long-term strategy and visions
  • Owning the technical program management while maximizing Akamai's platform value for the customer
  • Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
  • Educating customers on and empowering their adoption of Akamai's products and services to support account growth
  • Responding to escalations when various program management issues arise and leading operational improvements to mitigate future risks
