About The Position

About this Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Endpoint Information Security Engineer to join our growing cybersecurity organization. In this role, you will support and enhance our endpoint security capabilities, lead technical investigations, and help ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of Wells Fargo’s systems and data. In This Role, You Will Participate in security incident response activities for moderately complex events. Provide security consulting for medium‑scale internal projects, ensuring alignment with corporate information security policies and standards. Design, document, test, maintain, and recommend resolutions for moderately complex security solutions across endpoint security, networking, cryptography, authentication, directory services, cloud, email, internet, and applications. Review, analyze, and correlate security logs across multiple platforms. Apply subject‑matter expertise in industry‑leading tools and best practices to support one or more security domains, including threat modeling, risk management, monitoring, access management, incident response, and business continuity. Identify security vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives. Collaborate effectively with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell primarily or Python or Java
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with CrowdStrike
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with security tools such as Eclypsium, Sepio, Proofpoint, FireEye, or Abnormal Security.
  • Ability to build automation scripts leveraging API integrations.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining security tools across public and private cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or related endpoint management technologies.
