About The Position

The Senior Encompass Administrator is responsible for operating as the company’s authority and resource for assistance regarding the Encompass LOS, performing all day-to-day Encompass administration, providing technical expertise and support to the various departments, maintaining full operability of the Encompass system and performing additional related projects and duties as needed or assigned.

  • Minimum of 3+ years recent/current Encompass Administration experience required
  • 3-5 years Mortgage Industry experience
  • Current knowledge of writing business rules in Encompass

Responsibilities

  • Serve as ResiCentral’s in-house expert and point of contact for the various departments regarding the Encompass LOS
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales and other necessary departments to resolve application and relevant issues
  • Partner with company leadership and management teams to establish and define business requirements; monitor and analyze changing business needs/requirements as the company scales
  • Manage and monitor Encompass system updates and enhancements, oversee system configuration updates when available or as needed
  • Perform routine and impromptu testing to ensure/maintain full operability of the Encompass LOS
  • Use/implement form coding and form development within Encompass LOS and write form-based validation as needed/requested
  • Determine and translates complex business requirements into functional specifications
  • Monitor the Encompass LOS to ensure all business/operational needs are met and report/resolve defects, errors, and configuration issues to the appropriate contacts/team members with a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical problem solving in providing solutions for internal staff, resolving issues and troubleshooting in a timely manner. Escalate issues to vendor when necessary
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate progress, issues, risks, timelines, and/or other relevant information to upper management and relevant parties
  • Assist in vendor management and maintain user access rights
  • Maintain working and up-to-date knowledge of all current and upcoming system developments, updates and enhancements
  • Perform additional, relative duties and projects as needed or assigned
