The Business Analyst – Encompass Administrator is responsible for assisting in the management of loan operation related applications and software, including product releases, software enhancements and new modules. This person acts as a liaison between business line managers, infrastructure team members, software vendors and end users to analyze, document, communicate and validate business workflows. Assists Business Unit Managers in maximizing the uses of loan operations technology and in resolving software or operational issues. Complete special projects directed by Loan Operations and Technology Services. Acts as the primary back up to others as needed.
