The company’s portfolio includes specialty surgical tables for procedure-specific approaches that improve patient outcomes in spine and orthopedic surgeries along with disposable and reusable surgical patient care products. The Sr. Employee Central (EC) Analyst is responsible for the optimization and ongoing support of the company’s Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role requires Employee Central certification and serves as a key subject matter expert (SME) in HR systems architecture, configuration, and process enhancement. The Analyst will lead system initiatives, recommend improvements, and ensure our HR systems operate efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with business needs. As a core member of the HR Operations team, this role supports the strategic direction of HR technology and contributes to building a modern, data-driven HR function. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources and will work closely with the broader HR, Recruiting, Finance and IT teams with the functional and technical skills to roll out sustainable/scalable solutions. The successful individual in this role will be expected to grow team expertise, work closely with a partner(s)/vendor(s) on solutions, and be an HRIS system go-to for collaboration and architecture guidance.
