Here's a look at what's included: Medical + Prescription Drug Dental + Vision 401(k) Retirement Savings This position is responsible for process improvement, including the design, installation, maintenance and operation of all types of control devices and electronic accessories, working with production, administrative personnel, and vendors. Position will work with computers, programmable logic controllers, electronic control devices, scanners and miscellaneous peripherals that support mill production.

Requirements

College Degree, or equivalent work experience in related job function
Industrial experience with electronics, computers, and control systems, or equivalent technical education
Must have a solid understanding/ability to troubleshoot electronic components and control systems
Must have the ability to write PLC programs and have a working knowledge of PC programs
Training of other personnel in electronic troubleshooting will be required
Must be willing to work extra hours as necessary and be on-call during off hours
Must be an advocate of process control and total quality
Some travel required

Nice To Haves

Prefer degree in electronics, engineering, science, or related field
Prefer 5-7 years of experience in related job function
Prior lead/supervisory experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement strategies that optimize operations, improve processes and reduce costs preferred
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work with a wide variety of personnel
