Your Role: Your primary responsibility as an Electronics Debugging Specialist is to moderate the testing, analysis, and repair of our products and systems.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or similar expertise
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in SMT, PCBA, or related fields
  • Adept with communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-485, and more
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting complex circuit diagrams
  • Familiarity with SMT processes, IPC standards, and various diagnostic tools

Responsibilities

  • Handle electronic test devices, like oscilloscopes, to run specialized evaluations as needed
  • Accurately report any findings from test procedures and in-progress diagnostics
  • Troubleshoot and rectify any issues with malfunctioning equipment
  • Conduct system analysis to identify root causes of defects
  • Ensure timely repair and validation of work-in-progress items
  • Perform Comprehensive Failure Analysis
  • File detailed reports on any test mishaps and suggest improvements
  • Apply in-circuit tests to assess component-level issues
  • Use X-ray technology for intricate debugging processes
  • Collaborate with engineers for intensive debugging concerns
