MBL Technologies is seeking a Senior Educational Trainer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a federal health agency’s Information Security and Privacy Group (ISPG). The Senior Education / Trainer SME is a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in cybersecurity, privacy, and federal compliance training. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide cybersecurity and privacy education programs. The SME serves as the authoritative source for training content accuracy, instructional strategy, and learning effectiveness, while mentoring other trainers and collaborating closely with government stakeholders to modernize training approaches using Agile methods, learning analytics, and AI-enabled techniques. This role directly supports agency workforce readiness, regulatory compliance, and measurable improvements in cybersecurity and privacy posture. This role is mostly remote; however, it will require occasional onsite meetings in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan areas. This role is contingent based on contract award.
