Senior Educational Planner – K‑12 Focus Are you an experienced K–12 educational or facilities planning leader who thrives on helping school districts make smart, future‑focused decisions about their campuses? The Opportunity: Lead K–12 Facilities Strategy Across the Valley In this senior-level role, your primary focus will be K–12 facilities master planning and capital program development-serving as a trusted advisor to Superintendents, executive teams, and governing boards. You will help districts understand their options, prioritize needs, and confidently plan for modernization, growth, and long‑term investment. You will lead or support key K–12 planning tasks such as: Districtwide Facilities Master Plans Enrollment projections and capacity analysis Facility assessments and modernization strategy Capital program development, sequencing, and phasing Funding strategy alignment, including state programs and local bond planning Clear, visually communicative presentations to boards and community groups This is an opportunity to influence real, community‑wide impact-shaping the future of schools across Central California. How You'll Make an Impact Advise district leaders and boards with clear, data‑driven recommendations and strategic planning scenarios. Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions that help communities articulate and align around educational and facility priorities. Collaborate seamlessly with TETER's architecture and engineering teams to ensure master planning integrates smoothly into design and implementation. Guide modernization vs. replacement decisions, long-range growth plans, program sequencing, and funding strategies. Support business development by contributing to proposals, interviews, and thought leadership that continue to strengthen TETER's educational planning practice.
