What You'll Do As a Senior Educational and Behavioral Consultant, you'll serve as both a direct clinical expert and a trusted advisor to district leaders, educators, and clinical teams. Your work will elevate the quality, consistency, and outcomes of behavioral services across programs. Leadership & Mentorship Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and professional supervision to BCBAs, BTs and ABA Instructors within your region Support clinical onboarding and ongoing competency development for new and mid-level BCBAs Lead case consultations, peer reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions to drive best practices across teams Model ethical, culturally responsive, and assent-based approaches in all clinical and supervisory interactions District & School Collaboration Serve as the lead liaison between CAS and assigned school districts, ensuring professional and proactive communication with administrators, special education teams, and related service providers Develop and maintain strong relationships with district leadership to identify systemic needs, training priorities, and opportunities for partnership Lead district-level professional development sessions, workshops, and behavior management trainings Collaborate with IEP teams to design, monitor, and refine individualized behavioral and educational programming Clinical & Programmatic Excellence Conduct advanced Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Oversee the integrity of behavior programming across classrooms and programs; analyze regional data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Implement and coach teams in evidence-based methodologies including PFA/SBT, PRT, and other naturalistic or function-based approaches Partner with internal leadership on quality assurance and the development of organizational clinical standards Contribute to the creation of training materials, supervision models, and clinical resources to strengthen the overall quality of CAS's school-based services What Makes This Role Distinct District Partnership Leadership: You'll be the face of CAS for key school districts, representing our organization with professionalism and thought leadership Mentorship Legacy: Shape the next generation of clinicians through direct supervision, consultation, and leadership modeling Strategic Clinical Impact: Influence programming across multiple sites - not just individual students - by embedding high-quality behavioral systems at the district level Professional Growth Pathway: This position aligns with continued advancement within our organization
