About The Position
Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to make an immediate and significant difference in a supportive school setting? Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in Lawndale, CA and Hawthorne, CA for a role that offers diverse assignments and a strong likelihood of extension through the end of the school year! Position Overview: Develop and implement evidence-based Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct thorough Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to address complex student needs. Provide ongoing, tiered support and direct training to teachers and staff, ensuring intervention fidelity and building long-term capacity within the classrooms. Conduct comprehensive student and classroom observations to strategically assess behavior and optimize learning environments. Manage a diverse caseload, with assignments focused on immediate maternity leave coverage and a second assignment starting in December; both roles offer a strong possibility of extending through the end of the school year.
Requirements
- Valid California Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)
- Prepared to accept an immediate start date and work on assignments that vary in duration, demonstrating flexibility and commitment

- Prior experience as a Behavior Specialist or Behavior Analyst (Preferred)
