Generally, the successful applicant will also work with reporters and editors to generate ideas and craft and refine nonpartisan stories across the political spectrum. A solid work ethic, excellent time-management skills and the ability to write and edit headlines and copy that sizzles are essential. The full-time position is based at The Hill's Washington, D.C., office. It may require some night and weekend work.
