Wisp is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead site performance across our DTC telehealth platform. This role will own the site testing roadmap, oversee SEO/ AEO agency strategy and execution, and manage on-site merchandising operations through direct management of the Ecommerce Marketing Manager. This person will act as the connective tissue between Growth, Product, Engineering, Paid Media, and external agencies to drive conversion rate optimization, organic growth, and revenue performance across the site. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, experimentation expertise, and operational rigor with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
