About The Position

The Due Diligence Specialist is responsible for coordinating and conducting new due diligence and periodic review on Payments partners which encompass multiple risk disciplines and engage numerous internal and external business partners. They will collect and verify due diligence elements to satisfy Know Your Customer (KYP) and Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements, including Beneficial Ownership and Evidence of Existence. Manage and maintain Partner records within the system of record and enhance the system of record through continuous improvement. Act as risk contact for various topics including regulatory risks for both internal and external partners, managing relationships between key stakeholders to ensure alignment of deliverables and Service Level Agreements. Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role of management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of Risk management experience

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of experience in Project or process management
  • At least 2 year of experience in Risk Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in Presentation/Communication
  • At least 1 year of experience in Change management
