About The Position

Schneider is seeking a Senior Driver Recruiter in Green Bay to build an ongoing truck driver candidate pipeline by gathering leads through various methods. The Senior Driver Recruiter will handle all responsibilities in the recruiting process – from cold calling a lead to extending a job offer.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field.
  • 2-4 years of previous recruiting experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to find truck driver candidates.
  • Review candidates via Schneider’s applicant tracking system.
  • Interview candidates and sell Schneider’s truck driving opportunities.
  • Be a subject matter expert for candidates on all things related to driving jobs Schneider has available.
  • Ensure candidates are given timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
  • Maintain excellent customer service with candidates.
