This role has a broad range of responsibilities that will assist in delivering specified business targets (volume, profit, share) through the development and execution of all brand strategies across Price, Promotion, Packaging & Product. The success candidate should have the passion and experience in consumer package goods, demonstrating the ability to thrive leading a team to champion a brand and can motivate both internal and external partners. Role Overview Leads the Water Category for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU), setting the strategic growth agenda and owning the performance of a $3B+ retail portfolio anchored by iconic brands including Smartwater, Vitaminwater, and Dasani—two of which are category leaders with strong growth momentum. This role leads the general management of the portfolio, has full ownership of the brand bundle (product, package, value proposition) and is accountable for driving consumer relevance, brand equity, and profitable growth, shaping the category vision for NAOU through integrated innovation, disciplined commercialization, and tech‑enabled marketing execution.
