About The Position

The Senior Director, Warehouse Operations Technology & ICQA will lead strategic initiatives across logistics, warehouse operations, and systems integration to drive enterprise-wide efficiency and scalability. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in ERP/WMS systems, cross-functional collaboration, and operational transformation. The individual will work closely with Operations, IT, and Commercial Business Units to align systems and processes with long-term business goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven track record in ERP/WMS systems integration and optimization.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Extensive experience in logistics, systems integration, and operational leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of logistics and warehouse operations initiatives.
• Oversee ERP and WMS system integrations and upgrades to enhance operational performance.
• Drive inventory optimization and accuracy across multiple warehouse locations.
• Develop and implement performance dashboards and reporting tools for operational insights.
• Direct cross-functional teams in automation, process improvement, and change management projects.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams across logistics and systems functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute scalable solutions.
• Act as a business-oriented leader focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
