Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a Senior Director/Vice President, Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our company-wide recruiting strategy. This leader will own the end-to-end recruiting function covering licensed clinicians (psychologists, NPs, therapists), technical, and corporate roles. Ensuring that Brightline attracts, hires, and retains the top talent needed to deliver high-quality care and drive business growth at scale. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of talent acquisition and organizational growth. Beyond driving a high-volume recruiting engine, this role will work cross-functionally to forecast hiring needs across multi-state clinic openings, design robust hiring accountability frameworks, navigate complex state licensing and credentialing requirements, and strengthen Brightline's talent brand in a highly competitive market. We are looking for a builder; someone who thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments and can flex between strategy and execution. The ideal candidate brings structure to ambiguity, has deep experience recruiting licensed clinical providers across multiple states, is energized by the opportunity to directly influence hiring quality and workforce readiness, and has a track record of building scalable recruiting organizations that align with both care delivery and corporate growth.
