THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Sr Director of Total Rewards and Analytics will lead the design, delivery, and governance of Vir Bio's global compensation and benefits programs. You will also be responsible for the strategy and implementation of HR analytics initiatives and HRIS oversight across the HR function and broader organization. In this role you will partner with senior business leaders and the HR leadership team to translate business strategy into total rewards strategies that attract, reward, and retain key talent. You will ensure programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep compensation and benefits expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a track record of developing successful strategies. This position requires the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution-conceptualizing innovative solutions while driving day-to-day program administration and continuous improvement. This role is located in our San Francisco headquarters with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in office.
