The Senior Director, Total Rewards provides senior leadership for the execution, governance, and evolution of Enterprise’s Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition. Reporting to the AVP, Total Rewards and HRIS, this role serves as a critical bridge between strategy and execution translating enterprise Total Rewards strategy into scalable programs, operating models, and processes that enable business performance and workforce outcomes. The role leads enterprise-wide program delivery while bringing forward insights, recommendations, and continuous improvements that help refine and strengthen the overall Total Rewards strategy. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to drive disciplined execution, to ensure Total Rewards programs are competitive, and aligned with organizational priorities. Partnering with Finance, HRIS and IT to enhance analytics, compliance and governance.
