About the Global Item & Catalog Team Our team’s mission is to build a unified, trusted item and catalog ecosystem that powers Walmart’s international business. With a dedicated group of 10 associates, we focus on centralized operations, data integrity, and seamless catalog management. This role is pivotal in simplifying, standardizing, and strengthening our global item ecosystem, directly supporting Walmart’s growth and customer experience worldwide.

Requirements

  • Technical and market experience with catalog operations and International markets
  • Proven leadership in building and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong commitment to operational excellence for our markets and customers
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 10 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 6 years’ experience in product design.

Responsibilities

  • Own global strategy, operating model, and executive communication
  • Serve as escalation point for markets and Global Item & Catalog Product
  • Ensure NextGen readiness and minimize business disruption
  • Own budget, staffing strategy, and performance outcomes
