Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master of Accountancy, Taxation emphasis strongly preferred.
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification highly preferred.
  • 13+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or a combination of both, with significant focus on tax planning and strategy.
  • Proven experience supporting large‑scale business transformation, growth initiatives, and complex transactions in a multinational environment.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. and international tax principles, including transfer pricing and cross‑border tax planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, translate technical issues into business impact, and operate effectively in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Tax Planning & Business Enablement Lead the development and execution of global tax planning strategies that support business transformation, growth initiatives, and evolving operating models.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on tax implications of key business decisions, including new products, markets, legal entity structures, and supply chain changes.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Corporate Development, and business leaders to embed tax considerations into strategic planning and execution.
  • Business Transformation & Growth Initiatives Support enterprise transformation initiatives (e.g., changes in operating models, ERP implementations, shared services, and global process redesign) to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide tax leadership for expansion into new jurisdictions, including permanent establishment, transfer pricing, and indirect tax considerations in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Oversee global tax planning initiatives, including legal entity structures, intellectual property alignment, and cross‑border transactions.
  • Leadership & Collaboration Act as a key liaison with external advisors, tax authorities (as appropriate), and internal stakeholders across regions.
  • Provide executive‑level communication and clear recommendations on complex tax matters to non‑tax stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement & Thought Leadership Drive continuous improvement in tax planning processes, analytical capabilities, and use of data and technology.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s overall tax strategy and long‑term tax vision.
  • Promote best practices in global tax planning, governance, and sustainability.
