The Sr. Director, Strategic FP&A is a high-impact, CFO-proximate role designed for a finance professional who thrives at the intersection of sophisticated financial analysis, executive storytelling, and transaction execution. This is not a traditional FP&A role — it is a strategic seat at the table, working directly with the CFO to shape the financial narrative, prepare the company for significant M&A activity, and elevate the quality of insight delivered to the Board and Executive Leadership Team. This role operates as a close partner to the Sr. Director, Operational FP&A — a peer relationship built on mutual respect and complementary strengths. While the Operational Sr. Director runs the financial engine day to day, this role looks forward — building the analyses, materials, and transaction capabilities that will define the company's next chapter. The Sr. Director, Strategic FP&A also works in close partnership with the Corporate Development function on all strategic transaction activity. The role is based in our Tysons, Virginia office 3 days per week, where this leader will also serve as an active, in-person mentor to the broader FP&A team — bringing an outside perspective, raising the analytical bar, and investing in the next generation of finance talent.
