What you’ll do: Set and execute sourcing strategies, manage budgets, and drive profitable growth. Build and lead a high-performing team, developing strong partnerships with suppliers and merchants. Influence key business decisions across supply chain, assortment, planning, and pricing. Collaborate with Product Development to design and launch innovative Private Brand products. Serve as a category expert, anticipating trends and opportunities for growth. What you’ll bring: Proven expertise in sourcing, finance, and supply chain fundamentals. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels. Experience in talent development and training for sourcing teams. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and develop strategies. Category management and negotiation experience, especially in produce, packaging, and food ingredients. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Suite, project management, strong negotiation and communication skills, and merchandising experience.
