About The Position
OTE is excited to hire a Senior Director to lead our social squad in Atlanta! Overtime Elite creates and cultivates the most engaging content across sports by delivering innovative, high-access storytelling to our fans. The Senior Director will be responsible for overseeing the social team in Atlanta: from ideation and new concepts, to hiring and training, to ensuring content schedules are immaculate. This role will heavily impact our league's social voice! We are based out of the Overtime Elite Arena in Atlanta, Georgia (Atlantic Station). This role is fully onsite working directly with our players, teams, coaches, and league partners.
