The N-able team is looking someone to lead the company's Adlumin MDR and MSS service delivery to our customers. This role reports directly to our CSO and is focused on overseeing our MDR, Incident Handling, MSS & CVM service delivery. This position will foster relationships with leaders across the business and divisions while collaborating with partners in security, legal, risk, compliance, and technology groups. He/she will also oversee the effectiveness and delivery of our Managed Detection and Response and Managed Security Services. This includes Global Security Operations Center, Global Service Organizations, Global Threat Research and ensuring high quality delivery of these services and high levels of effectiveness for our customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical cybersecurity experience in Incident Response, Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, etc.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a senior leadership role, managing large, complex cybersecurity teams, and operations
  • In-depth understanding of cyber security architectures, technical platforms, threat management standards and industry best practices.
  • Experience analyzing malware, identifying Indicators of Compromise (IOC) and TTPs of various threat actors through the analysis of email, malware, end-point, network, etc.
  • Experience managing globally and culturally diverse teams
  • Knowledge of integrating the team's goals and objectives into team's technical and/or functional architecture.
  • Convey complicated technical analysis to senior management via investigation synopses, graphical depictions of attacks, and comprehensive presentations
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a global team of security personnel operating a 24x7x365 service offerings
  • Lead and implement the strategy and goals for the Adlumin services delivery teams for N-able
  • Primarily responsible for operational delivery, service improvements, service quality control, and growth strategy
  • Ensure the continuous measurement and analysis of Adlumin services performance, leveraging metrics and data to drive improvements
  • Ensure the continued improvement of effectiveness for the Adlumin security services.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and threat research to ensure new capabilities and offerings are delivered efficiently and with high quality
  • Develop strategies to maintain rapid service adoption while also driving efficiencies in analyst and/or product
  • Drive and measure service delivery quality of Adlumin services
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality-of-service delivery, threat detection accuracy, service and platform performance
  • Co-ordination with stakeholders, build and maintain positive working relationships with them
  • Serve as the senior executive point of contact for key customers, ensuring their cybersecurity needs are being met with precision and excellence.
  • Make recommendations on tools, technologies, and personnel needs to support the growing demands of the Adlumin services.
  • Performs all aspects of employee development, working to ensure employee growth and retention.
  • Develops and maintains employee development plans
  • Responsible for ensuring spending is within budget allocation
