The Senior Director, Sales Enablement is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for driving commercial performance through enablement strategy, technology, and operational excellence. This role focuses on three core pillars: CRM Strategy and adoption, Inside Sales leadership and execution, and scalable processes and other technologies that unlock commercial value. This role will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Payor Relations, Pharma Relations, Operations, Clinical, Technology, and Compliance to ensure the sales organization is equipped with the tools, insights, workflows, and support needed to operate efficiently, compliantly, and at a scale within the specialty pharmacy and infusion environment.
