The Senior Sales Director is accountable for delivering performance objectives and driving profitable growth for the SC Johnson’s (SCJ) large-format commercial business, which includes Club & DIY (do-it-yourself) channels. This leader will develop and execute short and long-term strategies to drive accelerated business growth while aligning with customer strategies, priorities, and executional requirements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at SCJ, including Marketing, Category Management, Consumer Research, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance, to create end-to-end winning solutions for both the customer and the company. Additionally, you will inspire, motivate, and develop direct reports and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals, superior results and develop the next generation of future leaders. This is an onsite role in Racine, WI.
