The Senior Director will lead visitation research, and forecasting efforts, translating data into actionable recommendations that shape programming, marketing, ticketing, and long-term revenue planning. The role has high visibility across departments and regularly informs executive decision making. This position is ideal for a candidate with experience in analytics, consumer insights, or ticket and package pricing strategy who is motivated by the prospect of applying this experience to a mission-driven organization. Candidates should have demonstrated experience creating narratives from data and using those to drive recommendations to executive-level audiences.
