This position will drive revenue growth within existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for pricing optimization and cross-selling Ideate, prioritize, develop, and execute pricing and cross-serve strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth across the organization Design and lead pricing and cross-serve analyses, market research, customer behavior, and competitor benchmarking to identify optimization opportunities, white space, and adapt strategies Foster collaboration and host regular knowledge-sharing and value training among Managing Directors and other stakeholders to leverage best practices Implement and maintain pricing tools and processes for accurate, timely execution and own related business systems Track and analyze revenue performance and change metrics, providing digestible and actionable insights for senior management decision-making Own measurement for all pricing and growth initiatives to accurately identify specific impact and help regions increase attainment of targets Effectively delegate and manage analysts to ensure success
