The Senior Director, Regional Facilities Operations & EHS will lead a high-performing EHS and Facilities Operations team utilizing an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) model. As a key member of the Global Facilities Operations (GFO) leadership team, this role will be accountable for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of assigned BMS sites across Central New Jersey. This role will collaborate with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Product Development, EHS, Cell Therapy, R&D, and Real Estate to develop and execute regional site and space strategies that align with business needs. In support of achieving regional objectives, this position will require close collaboration with Capital Project Engineering to successfully deliver the region's capital plan. With full accountability for an operating budget exceeding $100 million, the successful candidate will manage the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of facilities ranging from 500,000 to 3.5 million square feet, which include R&D, PD and QC laboratories, CTO manufacturing, office spaces, and a variety of site amenities. This position will be expected to model exemplary EHS behaviors, cultivate strong communication with stakeholders, and lead the EHS and Facilities Operations teams through change with agility and operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring regular presence in the region.
