Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years in solutions engineering or a similar leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering successful technical solutions and leading teams.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in engineering tools and technologies.
Ability to analyze data and drive data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented with a focus on innovation and technical excellence.
High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for the solutions engineering team to achieve business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Oversee the design and implementation of customized solutions that address client requirements.
Ensure solutions are innovative, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform strategic decisions.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on engineering activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with sales, product, and consulting teams to ensure alignment and integration.
Drive initiatives that foster collaboration and synergy across departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and challenges.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective solutions delivery.
