About The Position

Trusted Media Brands is seeking a Senior Director, Product to own and lead the Web product strategy across its portfolio of iconic brands, including Taste of Home, Reader’s Digest, Family Handyman, The Pet Collective, and Birds & Blooms. In this role, you will be accountable for defining product vision, setting strategy, and driving measurable audience and revenue growth across TMB’s Web ecosystem. You will translate business objectives and user needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap, ensuring focus on the initiatives that deliver the greatest impact. Leading a team of product managers, you will work in close partnership with engineering, UX, editorial, data, ad tech, and commercial stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences. You will balance near-term performance with longer-term platform evolution, helping position TMB’s Web products for success. This is a highly visible leadership role for a product leader who thrives in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment and is energized by shaping the future of large-scale consumer Web businesses.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a track record of owning and scaling large-scale consumer Web products
  • Experience leading and developing product management teams in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong analytical and data-fluency skills, with hands-on experience using experimentation frameworks, analytics platforms, and performance dashboards
  • Deep familiarity with modern product development practices, including Agile methodologies and continuous delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Own the Web product vision, strategy, and roadmap across TMB’s portfolio of brands, aligning user needs with business priorities
  • Be accountable for driving measurable performance improvements across key KPIs, including audience engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Lead end-to-end product development in partnership with engineering, UX, data, editorial, ad tech, and commercial teams
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, providing clear direction, feedback, and career development support
  • Establish and champion a strong experimentation culture, including A/B testing, user research, and data-driven iteration
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, make trade-offs, and ensure alignment across the organization
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term platform and capability development to support future growth
