We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to join our Core Data Security team. This role is hybrid based in San Jose, CA, and reports to the VP of Product Management. We built the Zscaler architecture from the ground up as a platform that could extend to new features and services. This role sits at the confluence of AI and Data Security, providing a massive opportunity to deliver a growing portfolio of never-before-seen capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, scalability, and business enablement. Requirements

12+ years of product management experience with at least 7+ years in product leadership roles
Proven success driving business growth within Data Security, DLP, or DSPM products
Strong collaboration skills with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
Demonstrated track record of developing innovative product strategies and executing on ambitious business goals

Nice To Haves

Engineering or software development background
Experience in developing roadmaps for complex enterprise security solutions

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic vision for Core Data Security products, driving innovation and growth to achieve $1 Billion in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to innovate and bring products to market successfully
Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering growth and a culture of high-accountability innovation
Incorporate customer feedback and market trends into product development to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs
Provide strategic guidance to maintain technical and market leadership in Data Security
