You will work in close partnership with the Walmart+ team and Sam’s Club organizations worldwide to deliver cohesive, differentiated member experiences across brands, markets, and platforms.Your mission is to ensure every member feels understood, valued, and rewarded—creating moments that clearly demonstrate the value of membership and inspire customers to return again and again for a personalized, delightful assortment of products and services tailored to their needs.This role requires a rare combination of deep customer empathy, strong technical fluency in AI/ML-driven products, and strategic leadership at scale.
