About the Team The Orion Product team is recruiting a Product Leader to help power a modernization journey centered on unleashing a new era of customer experience innovations at Capital One. This leader will chart the path of Capital One’s future and profoundly impact our business. This Product Leader must have some experience building platforms from the ground up and leading teams through technology transformation. You have data expertise, platform technology knowledge, and expertise on cross-functional partnership. Qualified candidates will have an established record of strategic thought and people leadership. They will have demonstrated their ability to identify and unlock areas of leverage, create stakeholder buy-in and alignment on a shared agenda, and creatively problem solve through impediments to progress.
