We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Director of Pricing and Product Strategy to lead the optimization of revenue across key guest-facing experiences. This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evolving holistic pricing and product offerings that maximize revenue, deepen guest engagement, and enhance overall experience value. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical foundation alongside a creative, consumer-centric mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and proven expertise in dynamic pricing models, retail margin management, product bundling, and experiential monetization. This role will report directly to executive leadership and be instrumental in setting the long-term financial trajectory of the business in partnership with the Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams.
