You and your team will define and execute the product and pricing strategy to ensure EPYC keeps the fast growth in the market. You will lead the development of business frameworks, strategic portfolio design wins, platform development and pricing programs. Establish across customers and regions BU support for pricing, incentives, manage OxMs investment MOUs. In addition, act as OEM SME into product planning and product management teams shaping future roadmaps. THE PERSON: Proven Leadership Experience: Several years of relevant experience leading and developing senior-level teams within server or enterprise ecosystem organizations, driving high-impact business outcomes. Executive Engagement & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate executive-level discussions on critical business initiatives, driving alignment and decision-making at the highest levels. Cross-Functional Execution: Extensive experience orchestrating and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results that meet or exceed strategic business objectives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Expertise in managing multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring financial alignment across stakeholders while securing executive approvals and optimizing investments for maximum ROI. Strategic & Operational Agility: Proven ability to manage and resolve complex challenges across a broad spectrum of partner sell-in and sell-through initiatives, balancing strategic vision with operational execution. Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, from CXO leadership to frontline teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and impact in strategic initiatives. Industry and Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of server product lifecycle, from strategic alignment, design, validation, product introduction, sales development, to product end of life.
