About The Position

Strategic Revenue Leadership: Orchestrate payer contracting strategies across diverse geographic markets and business segments, including Government Managed Care and high-value Specialty/Horizontal portfolios. High-Impact Negotiation: Lead end-to-end payer negotiations and relationship management to secure favorable terms, achieving critical budget targets and three-year revenue growth "lifts." Value-Based Innovation: Drive the design and implementation of sophisticated value-based care models, aligning clinical delivery with evolving reimbursement structures to ensure long-term sustainability. Market Intelligence & Integration: Serve as a core member of the Market Leadership team, integrating deep competitive landscape knowledge and Ascension’s delivery footprint into overarching business plans. Financial Performance Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional analytics and RCM teams to monitor payer net revenue, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
