The Opportunity The Senior Director of Patient Services will play a critical role in shaping how Amylyx supports patients throughout their treatment journey. This leader will design, build, and launch a best-in-class patient support program for our lead product candidate, ensuring that it reflects a commitment to supporting patient access, community education, and operational excellence. This individual will bring strategic vision and hands on leadership to create an integrated support program—from access and reimbursement solutions to patient education and continued on-treatment support. As a key leader in the commercial organization, this individual will partner with colleagues across market access, sales, and marketing, as well as cross functionally, to ensure a seamless and high impact customer experience that helps people start and continue treatment.
