About The Position

Pressed Juicery is a modern wellness brand built with the mission to empower your wellness journey. Founded in 2010 by three friends, Pressed began as a small space with a big idea: real, nourishing food should be accessible and fit into everyday life. What started in a tiny Los Angeles juice bar has grown into a dynamic omnichannel brand, with products available through thousands of retailers nationwide, alongside our company-owned stores and direct-to-consumer channel. At Pressed Juicery, we operate as one community bringing high-quality, better-for-you products to market. Guided by passion and purpose, we’re building what’s next in wellness. We are looking for a Senior Director of Partnerships & PR to lead how Pressed Juicery shows up in the world. This role is responsible for driving brand partnerships, collaborations, PR, and cultural relevance — building programs that connect the brand to consumers in meaningful, high-impact ways. You will be the external face of the brand, developing relationships with agencies, brands, talent and celebrities, and media and cultural platforms. This is a highly visible role that requires a strong network, creative thinking, and a bias toward action.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in partnerships, PR, brand marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful brand partnerships.
  • Deep relationships across PR agencies, brand, media contacts, and influencers.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong instinct for cultural and commercial relevance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

  • Experience in CPG, lifestyle, wellness, or consumer brands preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a best-in-class partnerships strategy.
  • Identify and secure collaborations that drive: Brand awareness, Cultural relevance, Commercial impact
  • Build partnerships across: Brands (CPG, lifestyle, wellness, fashion, fitness), Retailers and wholesale accounts, Events and experiential platforms
  • Concept and execute standout collaborations and brand moments.
  • Drive partnerships that create buzz and extend Pressed into new audiences.
  • Lead co-branded initiatives across product, marketing, and retail.
  • Own PR strategy and agency management.
  • Drive earned media, placements, and storytelling opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across all external touchpoints.
  • Identify and secure celebrity and influencer partnerships.
  • Build relationships with talent agencies and managers.
  • Create authentic partnerships that align with the brand.
  • Act as a key representative of Pressed Juicery.
  • Build and maintain a strong network across: Agencies, Brands, Media, Talent
  • Proactively bring opportunities to the business.
