The Senior Director , Partner Marketing leads the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive enrollment s for academic partners. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role leads a team responsible for integrated marketing plans , cross-channel campaigns (paid and organic) , and portfolio performance . The S enior D irector acts as a strategic advisor to academic partners and collaborates closely across Acquisition and Retention, Partner Success, and Product teams to deliver measurable results .

Requirements

10+ years progressive marketing e xperience; 5+ years in higher education, online learning, or related sector.
Proven success in strategic account or client marketing .
Strong command of integrated (paid and organic) marketing channels, demand generation, and brand engagement.
Exceptional communication and executive client-facing abilities.
Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams in fast-paced environment s.
This position will be based in either the United States or in the United Kingdom, and must be based full-time in office at one of our Boundless Learning offices.
Successful candidat e should be a vailable for business travel on occasion, including international travel to North America/United Kingdom

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership : Develop and communicate p artner marketing strategies aligned to institutional goals and revenue targets.
Lead annual and quarterly planning to refine forecasts, prioritize investments, and optimize budget s.
Ensure alignment across partner objectives , learner demand, and market trends.
Partner Advisory & Relationship Management : Build strong, trust-based relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Present insights, reco mmendations, and performance updates with executive-level clarity.
Monitor market, competito r , and learner trends to guide portfoli o strategy.
Campaign & Portfolio Management : Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (paid and organic) across partner programs.
Lead program launches, repositioning, and messaging strategies.
Review campaign performance for quality, consistency, and alignment with goals.
Performance & Funnel Outcomes : Effectively manage budget and teams to achieve/exceed application targets in collaboration with Enro llmen t .
Track KPIs including volume , conversion rates, cost per inquiry and application, ROI, and enrollment targets.
Drive continuous optimization through audience segmentation and data insights.
Leadership & Collaboration : Lead and develop a high-performing partner marketing team.
Coordinate across internal teams ( Partner Success, Enrollment, Retention, Analytics, CRM, Sales).
Manage strategic priorities, workload planning, and strategic execution.
