Develop and drive a proactive, data/insights driven system strategy, program implementation, and outreach program that supports growth and obtains targets. Develop and manage all outreach engagement and growth strategies that drive preference and growth for system offerings. Lead strategic program initiatives that showcase our innovative products and services while providing direct to consumer solutions for key health priorities. Translates Sutter Health’s portfolio of healthcare plans, products, and services into actionable marketing and sales strategies that achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets while creating visibility in the broker and benefits consulting community through effective leadership, insightful strategic direction, and productive oversight. Oversee strategy, planning, and development of system-wide outreach efforts. Lead initiatives with key constituents to develop actionable plans to present, educate, and develop relationships to achieve targets. Internally work with all medical foundations, including physician leaders, directors and leadership committees to lead communication and outreach efforts with internal stakeholders on education, goals, issues management, and growth metrics.
