As the Senior Director of Driver Experience, you will define how Drivers will engage with the Spark Driver App over the next 3-5 years. You will be responsible for Driver Satisfaction (DSAT), the main KPI this team owns. While avoiding defects/issues can help maintain the status quo for Driver Experience, it will not drive significant increases in the long run. The person who will be successful in this role will use a combination of data, research, benchmarking, and qualitative feedback to develop a vision of the future that will inspire higher Driver Satisfaction and lead to higher retention. The Driver Experience team seeks to improve the experience of gig contractors using the Spark Driver App. This pillar within the Driver Experience team is focused on long-term strategy, overall driver satisfaction, and retention.
