About The Position

The Senior Director of Teaching and Learning at Aug Prep is a mission-driven, system-level leader who shapes and drives a bold, Christ-centered academic vision across two growing campuses serving K4-12 students. This role blends strategy and execution - owning outcomes for a core grade band while ensuring coherence and excellence across the full student experience. Partnering with principals and leading a team of academic leaders, this individual builds strong instructional systems, develops people, and turns data into action to accelerate student growth. It’s an opportunity to lead at scale in a high-performing, faith-filled community - where expectations are high, impact is real, and every decision is grounded in the belief that every child can achieve excellence. [Important Note: This role leads teaching and learning across Aug Prep, with primary leadership responsibility for either grades K4-5 OR grades 6-12 but oversight of the whole. The Senior Director of Teaching and Learning will also directly manage a Director of Teaching and Learning who leads the alternate grade band, as well as the Director of Student Services. Candidates should indicate their grade-band preference in their application.]
